  • WHAT IS THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
If you ordered directly from iWeltech, you’ll receive a confirmation email after you place your order which should include information about the expected ship date(s) for your items. You'll receive another email when your order ships. Check the status of your orders and shipments using the Order tracking tool on the Contact Support page.
  • CAN I CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS ON MY ORDER?
We're not able to change shipping addresses after an order has been submitted. If you need to change the shipping address, please cancel your order and place a new order with the new shipping address.
  • HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You can cancel your order any time before it ships by contacting sales or submitting a Support Request. Please include your order number. Keep in mind that orders are shipped on a first-come, first-serve basis, and order cancellations cannot be reversed. Orders cancelled after shipment must be processed as returns.
  • WHAT IF SOMETHING IS MISSING FROM MY ORDER?
Check your order confirmation for lead times and other information, and check the packing slip to confirm the items for each shipment. Orders may have multiple shipments, and items will ship as they are available.
  • WHAT IF MY ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED?
iWeltech has a high standard of quality, and we aim to deliver products without damage. In the case of damage, please notify us by submitting a support request as soon as possible. Please include details about the problem, including photos of any visual damage.
  • HOW CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE?
When shipping, you will receive an email with a tracking number and an order query link. You can also check in our store.
